Terms for Public Courses

Course Tuition:

The course tuition fee is due and payable ten (10) business days prior to the start date of the course. In the case where a purchase order is being used to pay for the class a signed confirmation letter with the purchase order number noted must be received ten business days prior to the start date of the course. The course tuition fee includes instruction; course materials either in PDF or hard copy, the use of software, computers and other technical hardware as appropriate to the course. The course tuition does not include any travel or associated expenses or provision of any hardware or internet connection that may be incurred by our customer.

Substitutions Permitted:

We welcome the enrollment of a qualified substitute in an enrollee’s place provided the customer notifies Dashcourses in writing before the first day of the course. All previously paid tuition fees will be credited against the course tuition fee of the substitute.

Cancellation:

Cancellations are possible ten (10) or more business days prior to the course event. As long as a customer notifies us in writing ten (10) or more business days prior to the course event they will not be charged for the event.

No Shows:

Failure to notify Dashcourses of an enrollment cancellation in writing or by phone before the start of the course will result in forfeiture of the full course fee.

Copyright/Intellectual Property

All copyrights, patents, designs and other intellectual property rights in or relating to any courses or course materials provided or made available in connection with our courses remain the sole property of Dashcourses and their content providers. No part of any course materials or presentation may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language without the prior written permission of Dashcourses, Inc.

General:

These terms and conditions set out above represent a complement statement of the agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, correspondence and representations. Our marketing materials and advertisements are for informational purposes only and are not intended to form any agreement between Dashcourses, Inc. and the recipient. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and changes will apply to any enrollment/course order received after the date of the change. These terms and conditions may not be varied except in a written agreement signed by an officer of Dashcourses, Inc. Dashcourses’ acceptance of a purchase order containing different terms and conditions does not modify or supersede these terms and conditions. This agreement will be governed by Arizona law, without regard to any conflicts of law.
