Description

This course covers the basics of Project Management and provides the theory and core methodology you will need to better manage projects or to participate on project teams. It is the first part of a two part course to help you prepare for either the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification examination or the Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification Exam. It utilizes information, facts, and figures from “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge” (PMBOK® Guide) -Third Edition and established best practices from the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Students attending this course will need to have a copy of the PMBOK® Guide.
