Course Description

While organizations strive to become flatter, employees are being required to juggle more projects, report to more managers, and manage more relationships than ever before.  Success comes from defining and managing the organizational matrix.  In this 2-hour class, participants are introduced to the matrix management model and its unique challenges.  Using best practices and realistic mini case studies, they are guided through an organizational matrix and challenged to "work the matrix" through better decision making and relationship management.
